The team provides technical assistance to Airbus Customers for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, ensuring timely responses and recommendations to daily queries/reports, as well as technical onsite assistance whenever required

Job Summary

  • The team provides technical assistance to Airbus Customers for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, ensuring timely responses and recommendations to daily queries/reports, as well as technical onsite assistance whenever required.
  • As a successful candidate you will answer customer daily engineering queries regarding the Nacelle Systems for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality.
  • You will analyze all reported in-service events or queries to identify potential impacts on safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, cost of operations and ownership, passenger and crew comfort and provide appropriate response.

Key Requirements

  • 4-years mechanical / aeronautical engineering degree
  • 3 to 8 years of experience
  • Powerplant Nacelle Systems experience
  • Airline operations knowledge
  • Negotiation level in English
