Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
Coordinate subcontract solicitations, jobwalks, and compare competitive trade bids to meet and maintain bidding schedules.
Assist jobsite staff with estimates after bid award and perform post-bid buyouts if applicable.
