Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources or Public Health
8 years WASH experience in South Sudan
5 years field experience in emergency response
2 years experience developing proposals and budgets
Experience in staff training and capacity building
Experience with mWater or similar impact measurement systems
Strong software skills including AutoCAD, EPANET, GIS
