This role is enterprise change management, structuring complex risk initiatives, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving execution on the firm’s most visible priorities.
You will partner directly with Risk leaders and regularly support executive-level conversations, translating complex risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
This is a unique opportunity to work on cross-enterprise initiatives with direct exposure to senior leadership and build executive presence through Board- and CRO-level communications.
