Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years UX or interaction design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered products
Expertise in conversational and agent-based design
Experience with multi-turn flow and recovery patterns
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Nice-to-have
Background in content design or UX writing
Experience with LLM output heuristic evaluation
Knowledge of A2UI design system patterns
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Familiarity with generative AI tooling like Cursor
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
Online portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and agent-based interaction design
Strong background in Information Architecture and Interaction Design
