The EHS Manager is accountable for the environmental, health and safety functions for the home building facility, implementing and ensuring compliance with programs intended to create a safe and healthful workplace.
Key responsibilities include maintaining environmental compliance, championing health efforts, administering safety and workers' compensation programs, and developing/conducting required OSHA training.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Studies or a related field, with 3-5 years of related experience, and strong people/leadership and presentation skills.
