  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong skills in SPC, DoE, and Minitab
  • Hands-on experience with CMMs and metrology tools
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and standards

  • Polymer industry experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Total Quality Management (TQM) exposure
  • Supplier audit and qualification experience
  • Customer-centric mindset and communication skills

Key Requirements
