The Finance Business Partner is an integral part of the Finance team, with a specific focus on providing decision support and finance business partnering with operational business units to achieve the EML Group’s strategic and commercial objectives.
This role requires partnering with the business with a view to maximising commercialism through influencing decision making and supporting assigned business units to understand, maintain acute awareness of, monitor, challenge and drive their financial performance.
