Key responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and supporting installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of server systems.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
L2 incident and service request handling
OS, server, and virtualization troubleshooting
Linux and/or Windows Server environments
VMware / Hyper-V / KVM operation
Backup, restore, and storage systems
Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Nice-to-have
Work under pressure and manage multiple incidents
Good communication for coordination
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently
Experience with Cloud platforms
Familiar with ITIL processes
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Server / System / Infrastructure Operations
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA, CCNA, ITIL Foundation certifications (preferred)
