Job Summary

• This role oversees everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to site functionality and campaign execution—while also owning the development and activation of a forward-looking beauty trend strategy.
• You will partner cross-functionally across merchandising, supplier/brand partners, marketing, and style teams to align on trend priorities, develop an annual trend activation calendar, and measure performance to continuously refine impact.
