The ideal candidate should have significant nursing management experience, preferably in long-term care, and be committed to providing high-quality resident care.

Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Assists the DON in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff, and works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff.
