Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $145,900 - $218,900 CAD; Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 - $218,900 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years UX Designer experience
  • 5+ years AI or complex workflow functionality development
  • Prior fast growing startup experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of UX Design principles
  • Technical skills and understanding technical lift
