The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for carrying out assigned duties which support the Department’s responsibilities for buying, selling, and leasing property, as well as obtaining and managing easements and other property rights for the company.
Main Responsibilities include obtaining rights of way and easements for electric distribution and transmission lines, negotiating easements and price, and overseeing ROW and Survey contractors.
