Job Summary

  • The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the overall cost, quality, and delivery performance of parts from owned commodities and suppliers.
  • He/she will identify and execute long-term projects to achieve sustainable performance results.
  • This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of operational processes
  • Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain logistics management
  • Ability to coordinate and optimize supply chain activities
  • Very good knowledge of English
