Must-have
Current state Respiratory Therapist license
Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Arterial Blood Gas analysis skills
Ventilation support and weaning
Flexible 24/7 work schedule availability
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Windows-style applications

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
