Job Summary
The Team Lead will work directly with the Department Supervisor to direct the departmental staff and maintenance processes in coordination with and in the absence of the Production Supervisor or manager.
This individual will provide positive leadership and work direction to assigned group of departments Leads and employees within the assigned departments.
A qualified candidate would have prior knowledge of boiler operations, maintain and repair two 20,000-pound-per-hour wood-waste/natural gas fired boilers and ancillary equipment safely, efficiently and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures.
