Your responsibilities include managing employee representative bodies, negotiating social agreements, ensuring daily HR administration, managing individual procedures, and establishing social dashboards.
The role involves analyzing training needs, proposing and executing the training plan, and anticipating quantitative and qualitative resources for optimal alignment between resources and needs through recruitment, training, and career management.
