  • CMOS Integrated Circuit design
  • Cadence and Mentor Graphics CAD tools
  • Analog to digital converters design
  • Python programming or scripting

  • ROIC architecture and timing concepts
  • UNIX based circuit simulation tools
  • System Verilog and Verilog AMS modeling
  • Semiconductor device physics knowledge
  • Hand layout of analog & mixed-signal circuits
  • Advanced STEM degrees preferred

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience or advanced degree in STEM
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience with IC design flows and transistor level design
  • Experience with MATLAB and programming languages
  • Preferred advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering or related fields
