Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Newton Heath, Manchester, responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and customer service tasks. Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling routine service visits and remedial work visits for subcontractors, dispatching callouts, completing subcontractor monthly work orders, fulfilling paperwork requests including chasing documentation, organising future dates, and closing work down, among other responsibilities.
