Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities and maintaining good communication among employees, residents, families, and community.
The Activity Assistant also assists with developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning efforts.
