You will take ownership of specific, high-priority projects assigned by leadership, managing them from kick-off to delivery.
You will maintain the central database of all projects across the department and drive cross-functional engagement and alignment.
You will support the logistical execution of our Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, including data gathering and deck assembly.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: ₡25,098,400 CRC - ₡37,647,600 CRC; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $114,800 USD - $203,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
