As a Customer Success Engineer at Algolia, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers adopt, implement, and scale our search and discovery platform successfully.
You’ll partner closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical onboarding, solution design, best-practice guidance, and hands-on implementation support.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious, loves solving complex technical problems, and is energised by learning and applying new technologies including modern development patterns, cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI capabilities.
