Salary
Base: $66,600.00 - $111,000.00 (Level 3), $79,100.00 - $131,900.00 (Level 4); Bonus/Equity: Possible discretionary and annual bonuses; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, PTO, and more

Structural and flight test experience
Data acquisition and load control operation
Mechanical and electrical test setup
Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ability to lift up to 30 lb
Operate instrumentation such as LVDTs and strain gages

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Fiber optic strain sensor expertise

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years relevant experience (Level 3)
6+ years relevant experience with leadership (Level 4)
Capable of obtaining Top Secret DoD and SCI clearance
Experience in structural/flight test or R&D environment
