Job Summary

  • This role operates and monitors day to day business within the main Computer Data Center ensuring data integrity through backups and storage.
  • The Help Desk Analyst provides first level support for hardware, software, and application issues, accurately transcribing and relaying information into the Heat problem tracking system.
  • Candidates must reside in the Tulsa area and work onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no remote work option.
