Key Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics or equivalent
  • Min 6 years relevant experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development
  • Strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar and DMOS device physics
  • Experience in high voltage device design, debugging, integration, characterization, reliability, design rule understanding and creation
