Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally, answer multi-line phones promptly, and schedule appointments and procedures efficiently.
Admit and discharge patients, prepare and explain estimates, and assist with prescription processing.
Process invoices and payments, balance cash drawer, and assist with end-of-day reconciliation.
