PTOE or RSP1 certification

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
PE License in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota

Ability to obtain MN license within 3 months if licensed elsewhere
Previous experience in Traffic Design specialization
