This position is responsible for providing leadwork direction to the tutor/mentors, as well as acting as a tutor/mentor to the high school students in grades 9-12 on the campus of Central Lakes College who attend the five week Upward Bound summer program.
Students live in a residence hall for five weeks during the summer program.
