Job Summary

• The Associate Director will support Advancement’s gift and fund documentation generation process by writing clear and concise gift agreements and coordinating the gift agreement tracking and workflow process.
• This position will promote and propel the University’s gift fund management and gift compliance efforts by ensuring partners understand gift and fund terms, identifying unused gift funds, and working with partners to address such issues.
• The role requires strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across campus, including front-line fundraisers, donor relations professionals, fund administrators, attorneys, and finance and budget partners.
