Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Director is a senior HR leader responsible for developing and executing People strategies that support the ForMotion business unit as Embla Medical's major operations sites across the Americas.
  • This role partners closely with executive and operational leadership to enable business performance, workforce scalability, and cultural alignment in a complex, multi-site and multi-country environment.
  • The Director delivers high-impact HR solutions across clinical, operational and corporate populations, while ensuring compliance with U.S., Mexico, and applicable local labor laws.
