The Human Resources Director is a senior HR leader responsible for developing and executing People strategies that support the ForMotion business unit as Embla Medical's major operations sites across the Americas.
This role partners closely with executive and operational leadership to enable business performance, workforce scalability, and cultural alignment in a complex, multi-site and multi-country environment.
The Director delivers high-impact HR solutions across clinical, operational and corporate populations, while ensuring compliance with U.S., Mexico, and applicable local labor laws.
