The role leads a team responsible for the day-to-day administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Zycus Source-to-Pay platform.
This position serves as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, integration failures, and cross-functional process gaps within procurement operations.
Candidates will drive user adoption, manage service quality metrics, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and compliant.
