Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Project/Construction Management, or related engineering degree
  • Eight (8) years of experience in facility design, construction, operation, and maintenance
  • Registered Architect or Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or analogous drafting programs
  • Experience with statement of work development and cost estimating
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Visio included)
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
