Job Summary
This role is critical to meeting Group-wide regulatory requirements for Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS), ensuring changes are delivered within the Group’s Change Management Risk Appetite.
Partner with leadership to define business commitments, outcomes, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with broader Domain strategies and objectives, and orchestrate key change initiative interventions.
Proactively identify delivery risks and control gaps, ensuring effective mitigation and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and track workforce capability for resource planning.
