• You will serve as the technical architect behind our field sales data ecosystem, leading the team responsible for building robust data foundations to scale our national sales organization with precision.
• You will hold end-to-end accountability for our Field data infrastructure, overseeing the data logic behind incentive engines and the tracking of upper-funnel lead health, modernizing BAU reporting through automation.
• This role is in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where analytics and good data are a top priority, offering real work-life balance with little travel involved.
