Job Summary

  • Responsible for executing the sales process as interim Sales leader as assigned from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct tours of the club to qualified potential clients, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales.
  • Manage, coaches, and develops sales manager/s and responsible for the team’s overall performance and daily sales activities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three years of commissioned sales experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close
  • Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in leading others preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
