Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, acting as a primary point of contact for clients and commercial teams.
  • Your day will involve order management, receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle, as well as handling complaints and requests.
  • You will work closely with other departments such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Cash Collection, Finance, and Marketing to ensure timely and correct processing.
