Job Summary

  • Sourcing Manager-MedTech Agile Procurement will be responsible for sourcing execution across Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech R&D & Commercial Organization, in support of approximately $1.2B in spend.
  • This role will be a member of the MedTech Procurement Agile Team, supporting high priority customer needs and leading projects in small, self-organizing, cross-functional teams delivering value iteratively.
  • The individual will partner with Business Engagement Leads, Category Leads and MedTech Business to operate in a culture of customer-centricity, empowerment, speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
