The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
Responsibilities include assisting in training and counseling of event staff, directly managing event day staff, and maintaining high volume food and beverage inventory.
The role requires developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, product, and food quality, as well as conducting physical inventory audits.
