Job Summary
Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including planning, assigning, and directing work, assessing performance, and addressing employee relations.
Ensure the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation, identifying quality risks and creating corrective action plans.
Participate in the allocation of resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff to clinical studies based on their experience and training.

Base: $86,500.00 - $216,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plans, bonuses may be offered; Benefits: Health and welfare and/or other benefits may be offered
