Job Summary

  • The Compliance group is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and testing AQR’s control environment, ensuring the firm acts as a responsible fiduciary to clients.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with the administration of the Firm’s Business Conduct Manual and Code of Ethics, and responding to employee requests on various compliance topics.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree and two to four years of related experience in Code of Ethics administration or compliance, ideally within financial services.
