Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, or SmartPlant
Knowledge of IMC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and ASME codes
Ability to perform heating/cooling load calculations
Nice-to-have
Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with high personal integrity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Carrier HAP or Trane TRACE
