Job Summary

  • Establish a team culture in which swimmers exhibit team spirit and sportsmanship, are passionate about swimming, excited to come to practice each day, and thrive on competition.
  • Manage administrative aspects of the swim team, including but not limited to: swimmer registration, practice schedules, creating and executing age-appropriate workouts, meet strategy, meet entry, meet setup, and parent communication.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate Junior Coaches and work with Parent Volunteer Coordinators to recruit and organize volunteers to assist at swim meets and other team events.

  • American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification
