Job Summary

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain a global collaboration platform and enhance user experience by continuously improving services, ensuring collaboration services are secure and available to end users.
  • Act as a Level 3 expert for Collaboration & Email Services including Exchange Online, SMTP Email Relay and Email Security platforms, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Drive to increase end-user satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training, and by reducing ticket volume and touch points through self-service tools and 'shift left' initiatives.
