Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years process/project management experience
  • Minimum 3 years people leadership experience
  • 4+ years process management preferred
  • Experience managing philanthropic investment projects
  • Familiarity with community development initiatives
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • No employment sponsorship available
