Key Requirements
Regulated or licensed health care practitioner
Minimum three (3) years clinical, project leadership or management experience
Minimal 1-year experience in the RAI Coordinator role
Current knowledge of RAI-MDS 2.0
Experience with Point Click Care system
Thorough knowledge of LTC legislation
Demonstrated success leading new initiatives
Effective inter-departmental communication
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
