Job Summary

  • The Adult Learner Success Coordinator will lead outreach to stopped-out and returning adult learners, design onboarding and support strategies, and play a key role in establishing and operationalizing the Adult Learner Hub.
  • This newly created role reflects UAPB’s strategic commitment to expanding access, improving completion, and strengthening workforce alignment for adult and post-traditional learners.
  • The Coordinator will perform duties including adult learner re-engagement, hub development, advising, credit for prior learning evaluation, career alignment, community building, and data analysis.
