NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for their retail store in Calipatria, CA, to provide exceptional customer service and automotive parts knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a background in automotive parts or a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Summary
As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs.
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
This position offers an hourly pay of $18.50 with potential for pay progression within 12 months.
