Job Summary
Oversees, coordinates, and directs service specific activities in the Security Services program and personnel by providing high quality, convenient, compassionate, personalized customer care, while maintaining a nurturing and protective environment.
Plans, directs, and coordinates security activities to safeguard patients, families, employees, guests, or others on Lurie property.
Directly manages supervisory personnel in the security services department, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
