Job Summary

  • Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area.
  • Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment including AMSL TWINSCAN, ASML 5500, TELACT8, LITHIUS, LITHIUS PROZ.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours), occasionally stoop or crawl in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.

  • AA degree in Electronics or related discipline and 5 years technical maintenance experience, or equivalent combination
