Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Hands-on experience in data center operations
  • Operating Engineers license SMA or equivalent
  • Experience with UPS systems and emergency generators
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Knowledge of CWA Critical Facility Work Authorization

Nice-to-have

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computer applications Word and Excel
  • Experience overseeing contractor activities

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
